Self-Control
The act, power, or habit of having one's energies or faculties under control of your will. Being able to say no to peer pressure or dangers and just walk away, not giving in.
Examples of self-control:
- A student at school tried to pick a fight with Chris by calling him names but instead Chris showed self-control by not listening and walked away.
- When somebody wants you to do something and you know it's wrong, just say no way! Then, do the right thing.
